The Full Story

Moore Public Schools is graduating 17 seniors experiencing homelessness this year who have accomplished so much despite tremendous adversity. Due to your generosity in the past, the MPS McKinney-Vento program is partnering with the Moore Public Schools Foundation to raise funds to give these students a head start for success. We hope we are able to gift these incredible students a little something to get them going!

The help our program provides to them (hygiene products, gas cards to get to school, clothing, school supplies, etc.) goes away once they graduate. This  graduation gift could ensure they have access to their basic needs & set them up for future success. Our plan is to give them a cash graduation gift; if we exceed our goal for that, we would purchase some more of those everyday necessities for them.
